When Moneywise Credit Union wanted to create an online loan application form with a shared workflow for a project supporting tenants of Your Homes Newcastle (YHN), cuForms was born.

Interest Free Credit Applicants for a range of household goods could be made from the YHN website and follow a two step assessment process. 

On application, staff at YHN get to see the request and instantly assess the quality of the applicant from their tenancy history. This cut down the risk of lending for Moneywise and they were able to add the staff assessment to their own lending criteria.

Once credit was approved and agreements were in place, staff at YHN could go ahead and arrange delivery of the goods.  

With a seamless approach from application, through affordability calculation, automated credit data return, emailed credit agreements, delivery of goods and collection of payments the cuForms platform transformed the way Moneywise operates and created real time efficiency savings.
